"The idea was to create several cakes that together formed a composition," says Ukrainian pastry chef Dinara Kasko on her website. A work that has been inspired by the designs of Matt Shlian.

Using the graphic algorithm editor Grasshopper, Dinara generated 81 individual silicone molds that would later become the cake.

"Inspired by Matthew Shlian, we created a pyramid and changed the inclination of each mold and the top," Dinara wrote.

Inside: mousse with chocolate Ruby and meringue, ganache Ruby. I added a berry confit to the recipe to emphasize the berry flavor of chocolate and add accent.
